Amman hosts Championship for Purebred Horses.

Amman, October 7(Petra) -- The Middle East Championships for Purebred Horses kicks off on Thursday at the Royal Stables in Al Hommar. Around 150 horses from Syria, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Jordan will take part in the October 8-10 event, to be held under the patronage of HRH Princess Alia, president of the Royal Jordanian Equestrian Federation (RJEF), where owners will show the beauty of their purebred horses. The event is sponsored by Marbat Al Mahmoudiah in Saudi Arabia, the Greater Amman Municipality, Jordan Kuwait Bank, Arab Banking Corporation, Arab Potash Company, Jordan Petroleum Company and Middle East Insurance Company.
