American Water Star Inc. Wins School Bid in Clark County, Nev.

LAS VEGAS -- American Water Star Inc. (AMEX: AMW), a publicly traded company located in Las Vegas, has been awarded a contract for their Geyser Fruit flavored beverage for the Clark County School District (CCSD). CCSD is located in southern Nevada and covers 7,910 square miles in and around Las Vegas with approximately 301 schools and more than 280,000 students. The beverage will be distributed by "Legacy," which has more than 20 years of experience delivering products to Clark County schools.

"We are very excited to add the Clark County School District to the growing number of schools carrying our beverages," said Roger Mohlman, CEO of American Water Star Inc. "What makes this contract so special is that it is located in the city where we have our corporate headquarters. We submitted our beverage into the bidding process and we are very excited that our beverage was selected for the students to drink. Also, we have just recently participated in Camp Cartwheel which is supported by the Nevada Children's Cancer Foundation for children with terminal illnesses so they can enjoy a week at camp with their families. We donated over 1,000 cases of our beverages and will continue to be a sponsor when needed."
