American Law Society Recognizes Craig A. Rubinstein.

New York, NY, October 22, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Craig A. Rubinstein, Attorney and Partner, Katzman Wasserman Bennardini & Rubinstein, P.A., received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, cum laude, from Brandeis University. While a student at Boston University School of Law, from which he received his Juris Doctor degree, in addition to being a member of the Kaufman Securities Law Moot Court Team, he authored "Excessive Manual Fund Advisory Fees: Give-Ups in Rule 12b-1 Clothing?" which was published in the Annual Review of Banking Law.

Mr. Rubinstein's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including legal and accounting malpractice, securities litigation, real estate litigation, corporate litigation, partnership litigation, and probate litigation.

Mr. Rubinstein has successfully tried many cases before juries, both Federal and state. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum; a national trade group comprised of attorneys who have achieved verdicts or settlements of at least $1 million. Less than 1% of the nation's attorneys are members of the Forum.

Mr. Rubinstein is a member of the Bars of the State of Florida and the State of New York, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He has been a member of Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee "C" since October 2011.

The American Law Society board of directors selectively chooses lawyers who show a history of greatness and consistency. It is a privilege to have Mr. Rubinstein join the organization.
