(EDII) today announced that it has previously completed filing of all reports with the SEC under the Exchange Act and has received notice from the SEC that they have no further comments regarding the Exchange Act Reports of the company. Daniel Dror, chairman and CEO of EDII stated that "EDII is current under the Exchange Act requirements and has now been approved by the NASD to have EDII shares again quoted on the OTC: Bulletin Board."
