Inlanta Mortgage has said that it has entered into a strategic agreement with American Foundations MortgageBanc for the merger of its retail offices and operations with Inlanta Mortgage.

The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

American Foundations MortgageBanc was previously a wholly-owned subsidiary of Generations Bancorp Inc. American Foundations MortgageBanc has retail branches in Illinois and Wisconsin that will change their name to Inlanta Mortgage.

Headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin, Inlanta Mortgage is a mortgage banking company conducting business in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota and Wisconsin.
