American DG Energy Inc. (NYSE MKT: ADGE), a company offering clean electricity, heat, hot water and cooling solutions to hospitality, healthcare, housing and athletic facilities, has signed a contract with a hotel in Oahu, Hawaii.

The agreement has been signed to install and maintain two Ilios 600,000 Btu per hour heat pump systems. Ilios Dynamics, a subsidiary of Tecogen, produced the heat pumps.

Benjamin Locke, Co-CEO of American DG Energy, said, 'We are excited to expand our offerings into Hawaii. With the high energy costs in the State, we look forward to working with the property to drive down their high energy costs. With electric rates of approximately USD0.30 per kWh and propane rates over USD3.90 per therm, this is an ideal market for us.'
