American Airlines partners with Vail Resorts to offer special deals.

American Airlines Inc (NYSE:AMR) on Friday announced that it has partnered with Vail Resorts to offer exclusive deals to all Epic-Pass, Epic 7-Pack and Summit Pass holders.

The deals and a new sweepstakes from American Airlines are designed to help showcase a combination of unlimited skiing/riding and service operated by American Airlines and American Eagle to Vail, Denver and Reno.

From December 2010 until April 2011 season-pass holders of Vail Resorts' Epic Pass, Epic 7-Pack and Summit Pass can take advantage of the following deals, 20% off a new individual American Airlines Admirals Club one-year membership, 10% off American Airlines flights to Vail, Denver and Reno and double AAdvantage miles on flights to Vail, Denver and Reno.

American has also introduced the "Make It Epic" sweepstakes to celebrate the upcoming ski season and its partnership with Vail Resorts, which is open to all customers from 11 October 15 November and offers One Grand Prize, which includes: two Epic Passes; 500,000 AAdvantage miles; five three-night hotel stays for two people; a one-year Admirals Club membership; free ski rentals and ground transportation from the airports to the resorts. There are also ten first prizes of one Epic Pass and 25,000 AAdvantage miles.
