Ambassadors of Norway and Slovenia visit Visoko Municipality.
The Ambassadors of the Kingdom of Norway and the Republic of Slovenia, Guri Rusten and Zorica Bukinac, visited today the Visoko Municipality, where they met with municipal Mayor Amra BabiA with whom they discussed municipal strategic commitment and development.
Ms. BabiA presented to the ambassadors the challenges faced by the municipal authorities in order to improve the living conditions of all citizens, the functioning of municipal administration, the provision of services to the citizens, and she presented the most important details that make the Visoko municipality attractive for tourists and suitable for investment.
Ambassadors Rusten and Bukinac described the Visoko municipality as a perspective place in which local authorities are daily trying to create a more favorable living environment for all the locals by strengthening their economic and infrastructure potential, reads the statement of the municipal PR service.
The collocutors also stressed that local communities were the foundation of every democratic society and deserve more attention from higher levels of government.
Today's visit, the statement reads, is a new positive signal for local government and evidence that Visoko continues with the policy of creating friends with the "unwavering support of eminent international political institutions."
