Alvin the Chipmunks.

Based on the 1980s cartoon series--which was based on a 1950s song--Alvin and the Chipmunks features the famous trio of singing rodents: mischievous group leader Alvin, serious Simon and chubby, impressionable Theodore, plus irritable human manager Dave Seville. The gang is back, bigger than ever, in this film that combines live action and computer-generated imagery. We dare you to walk out of theatres not singing their infectious theme song.

Did know: The high-pitched squeaky voices of the original Chipmunk Song (Christmas Don't Be Late) were created by speeding up a regular recording. Since that first song in 1958, the Chipmunks have sold 43 million albums worldwide!
