The Swedish boats and yachts maker Nimbus Boats AB said on Monday (13 February) that venture capital company Altor Equity Partners AB has through its fund Altor 2003 acquired a 60% stake in the company.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
Nimbus Boats has 450 employees and an annual turnover of approximately SEK800m. Its brands include Nimbus, Maxi Yachts, Storebro and Ryds.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
