Alphameric Hospitality finalist in National Customer Service Award.

Alphameric Hospitality has received major recognition for its commitment to customer service by being selected as a finalist in the National Customer Service Awards 2003.

Sponsored by NTL, Royal Bank of Scotland and Sainsbury's, the purpose of the National Customer Service Awards is to recognise and reward excellence, best practice, and innovation in customer service.

Alphameric Hospitality is a finalist in the Ecommerce Customer Service Award category, with just three other organisations. The internet based system offers head office, support managers and service partners the opportunity to manage, via a single point of entry, all issues and queries registered by their customers to their help desk.

The National Customer Service Awards 2003 winners will be announced at Grosvenor House on Park Lane on Tuesday 30th September 2003.
