1 More than 400 state and federal financial managers attended the 2005 Regional Professional Development Institute held in Waikiki this past August. An address by Hawaii's Governor Linda Lingle highlighted the opening session.2 Governor Lingle shares the spotlight with Stu Churchill, Program Development chair for the Aloha Chapter, and W.A. Boradus, Jr., one of the speakers at the 2005 RPDI.
