Alma Media Oyj (HEL:ALMA), a media company focusing on the service business and journalistic content, reported on Monday that a total of 136 519 of Alma Media's treasury shares were conveyed without consideration and according to the plan terms to the key management participating in the LTI 2015 II & LTI 2015 III of the company's Long-Term Incentive Programme launched in 2015.

Reportedly, this directed share issue is based on an authorisation given by the Annual General Meeting held on 14 March 2018.

Following this directed share issue, the number of treasury shares now stands at 99 795 shares.

Alma Media's best-known brands are Kauppalehti, Talouselama, Affarsvarlden, Iltalehti, Aamulehti, and Monster.
