Alliance Acquisition.

A southwest Little Rock enterprise is under new ownership after a $724,300 deal.

Alliance Parts Warehouse LLC, led by Robert Raff, purchased the Mid State Automotive Distributors at 6320 Young Road from the Alan Cook Cartwright Trust and Alice Cartwright Garner.

The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $930,000 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Ala.

The Cartwrights acquired the 4.9-acre site from Paul Morriss Jr. and his wife, Patricia, in October 1972 for $98,500. The Morriss family bought it the same month from Andrew and Rose Marie Nutt for $80,000.
