Rock Rose Gin - The Coastal Edition Kelp and liquorice salt feature in Dunnet Bay Distillers latest offering, Rock Rose Gin - The Coastal Edition, which is undoubtedly its most experimental to date.

Inspired by the Caithness coastline, it is distilled in a traditional vapourinfusion still with kelp, locally foraged by Shore Seaweed, and liquorice salt from Hebridean Mustard Company. The result is a smooth and delectably sweet gin with a delicious salted edge.

The label also has a local connection as it features artwork by Kelly Munro, artist and jeweller, who is originally from Wick.

It's on sale now, priced PS30 for 50cl. ? New look for alcohol-free wine There's been a rise in the number of young drinkers choosing to take the nonalcohol route.

That's led Eisberg, makers of alcoholfree wine, to come up with a complete new look.

Eisberg is made in the same way as regular wine, with the alcohol gently removed at the end through vacuum distillation.

New labelling now focuses on its 0.0% alcohol credentials, and winemaker origins, with the aim to widen appeal to this new, younger audience.

The new-look bottles are in supermarkets now.
