All remorseful; CRIME.

New Zealand rugby player Doug Howlett has apologised for behaviour which led to him being arrested by police in London on suspicion of causing criminal damage.

Howlett issued a video message in which he said: "I'd like to say I am sorry for what happened. I am embarrassed the events of one evening have led to me being in this situation. It was tomfoolery."

Howlett, 29, was arrested shortly after 3am on Tuesday after an incident outside the Hilton hotel at Heathrow Airport which resulted in damage to two parked cars.
