CBRE Father/Son Team To Oversee Leasing For 50,000-SF New Construction

50 Republic Road, LLC has appointed CB Richard Ellis of Long Island to oversee the leasing of its new office building currently under construction at 40 Marcus Drive in Melville, NY. The CBRE Father/ Son team of Robert Godfrey and David Godfrey will manage the leasing campaign at the 50,000-square-foot property.

The new property will offer tenants excellent size flexibility, covered parking, signage opportunity, bank drive-thru opportunity, a state-of-the-art air conditioning and heating system as well as a tenant controlled energy management system.
