Golden West Specialty Foods has introduced Wok Mei, a new brand of three superior all-natural Chinese sauces: Wok Mei Oyster Flavored Sauce, Wok Mei Plum Sauce, and Wok Mei Hoisin Sauce.

"Wok Mei" is a philosophy of Chinese cooking, where one achieves a balance with respect to the five senses of cooking: flavor, texture, color, temperature, and aroma. An all-natural line based on classic Asian favorites, Wok Mei contains no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, modified starches, MSG, modified yeast extracts, or refined sugars. Wok Mei is offered in convenient 8 ounce and 64 ounce bottles. Wok Mei makes its debut at the 50th Summer NASFT Fancy Food Show and will be available to ship in July 2004.
