Aliyev prepares "Safarov 2" operation.

Yerevan. The lifelong President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev seems to start preparing "Safarov 2" operation. Anyway, the

statement by the so-called "Karabakh Liberation Organization" (KLO) financed by the regime, is evidence of it.

The KLO demanded immediate extradition of an Azerbaijani citizen Orhan Zeynalov, who killed a 25-year old Egor

Sherbakov, to Azerbaijan.

To recall, on 31 August 2012, as a result of a doubtful bargain, Hungary extradited to Azerbaijan the life prisoner Ramil

Safarov which hacked an Armenian serviceman Gurgen Markaryan to death with an axe on 19 February 2004. Safarov came back to

Azerbaijan, was given presidential pardon, an apartment, a major's rank and the salary for 8,5 years of imprisonment in Hungary.

The KLO warned Russia that "if the attacks at Azerbaijanis" in Russia will not stop, then "adequate measures" will be

undertaken towards the Russians living in Azerbaijan. "Azerbaijanis leave for Russia legally and comply with all the laws of the Russian

Federation. If they do not want to see Azerbaijanis there, then let them undertake appropriate laws and the Azerbaijanis will no longer go

there," the statement reads.

To recall, on Thursday, October 10, in a fight, Zeyhalov, a native of Azerbaijani, stabbed and killed Yegor Shcherbakov, a

Moscow resident. This caused disorders and pogroms. Azerbaijan's ambassador to Russia Polad Bul-Bul-ogly called the incident's

coverage in the Russian mass media hysteria.
