Alibaba Cloud on Monday declared the opening of the EMEA Ecosystem Partner Programme at the Ecosystem Summit EMEA 2018 at Station F in Paris to further strengthen the collaboration between customers and partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

The EMEA Ecosystem Partner Programme will focus on four key areas: the development of digital transformation in targeted vertical industries, supporting talent development, advancing technology innovation as well as enhancing marketplaces.

In the prior year, the company hosted a series of Create Alibaba Cloud Start-up Contests in EMEA to incubate a wider technology ecosystem and support start-ups with the best-in-class cloud computing services.

Additionally, Intel, Accenture, Hashicorp, Ecritel, Altran, Micropole and Linkbynet are among the initial participants in the EMEA Ecosystem Partner Programme. In addition, Station F, the world's biggest start-up campus, has incorporated the programme in their exclusive Perks for their 1,000 start-ups.

Separately, Alibaba Cloud said it will work jointly with Bollore Group and provide a comprehensive suite of solutions that encompasses cloud computing capabilities, big data, artificial intelligence, content delivery network and security solutions.

Established in 2009, Alibaba Cloud provides a suite of cloud computing services to businesses worldwide and is the cloud computing arm of Alibaba Group.
