Algeria appoints new ambassador to Azerbaijan.

People's Democratic Republic of Algeria has appointed a new ambassador to Azerbaijan, APA reports.

Salima Abdelhak has been appointed as a new Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria to the Republic of Azerbaijan, according to the order of President of the Republic of Algeria Abdelkader Bensalah.

Note that the Embassy is located in Turkey.

According to Algerian diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan, Ridha Nebais has been appointed as Charge d'affaires of Algeria to Azerbaijan.

Charge d'affaires will take office from September 1.
