Alexander Summer Co. expands.

In a dual announcement, Alexander Summer, Jr., chairman, and Stephen B. Palmer, president, report the expansion of the marketing and property management operations of Paramus, New Jersey,-based Alexander Summer Co.

Palmer reports that exercising renewed emphasis on marketing and management services for both industrial and office properties has elevated the Summer Co.'s client services portfolio to more than a score of major properties totaling approximately 3 million square feet of space.

Most of the properties under marketing and management contracts are located across northern New Jersey. Recent additions to the client roster include such well known institutions as Connecticut Mutual Life, Mutual of New York, Chemical Bank, Cigna Investments, Mellon Bank, Emigrant Savings Bank, and First Fidelity Bank.

Teams of real estate professionals with the talent and experience to deliver a full range of services as needs dictate --sales, leasing, tenant relations, building management, project management, financial reporting, etc. -- have been assigned to each of the properties being operated and marketed for their owners.

Douglas H. Haynes, Summer Co. executive vice president, supervises and daily co-ordinates the on-going programs designed specifically to enhance the value of each property. He notes that programs are flexible, undergoing modification as requirements change.
