An Albania court has acquitted a former central bank head.
The court has acquitted a former governor of the country's central bank of charges of abuse of office. It was alleged that the official had misused his official powers.
The Tirana court acquitted Ardian Fullani, who was charged with the felony in 2014.
Sixteen other former central bank employees have been jailed and one more is awaiting trial in the case.
