Aladdin offers anti-piracy protection supporting new Apple/Intel CPU.
Security solutions provider Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd (Nasdaq: ALDN) announced on Wednesday (3 August) that its HASP HL software protection and licensing solution supports Apple's move to Intel-based CPUs.
Apple reportedly announced plans to deliver models of its Macintosh computers using Intel microprocessors by June 2006, and to transition all of its Macs to Intel microprocessors by the end of 2007.
Aladdin HASP reportedly provides the hardware and software tools to ensure intellectual property is protected. It fully supports the latest hardware and platform updates, at the same time providing maximum software security for developers, the company claims.
No pricing details were disclosed.
