Al-Arabi lauds the outcome of the GCC summit in Doha.

Cairo, Safar 18, 1436, Dec 10, 2014, SPA -- Dr. Nabil Al-Arabi, the Secretary General of the Arab League, today expressed satisfaction over the important outcomes of the recently-concluded in Doha Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) summit.

In a statement issued by his office following his return from Doha, Dr. Al-Arabi underscored the importance of the resolutions adopted by the final communique of the meeting, which, he said, would positively be reflected on the overall Arab relations in general and over the Arab position as regards the challenges and hazardous risks the region is facing in particular.

He also expressed thanks to and appreciation of the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, for warm welcome and generous hospitality, citing the successful administration of the works of the summit.
