Airtight jar with spatula new at SeaCliff.
* SeaCliff Beauty Packaging & Laboratories introduces a new 50g airtight jar with a built-in spatula. This unique component was designed to not only help maintain product moisture but also provides easy-to-use features for consumers, said the company.
The jar has a hinged lid that is twisted slightly to open and lock the component. Once the lid is twisted open, the spatula can be pulled out and used to apply the product onto the skin. Some products that can be used in this component are face moisturizers and cream formulas. The airtight ring is made out of elastomer material, thus creating the tight seal around the product when the jar is closed, keeping it moist for long-term use.
The airtight jar is made out of polypropylene plastic (PP), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and styrene acrylonitrile (SAN) material. It can be injection molded and sprayed with custom color or metalized, as well as silkscreen or hot stamp printed.
