Airports at Verona and Trieste closed due to fog.

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2000 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

Verona`s Valerio Catullo Airport and the Ronchi Dei Legionari Airport in Trieste were closed on 7 February due to foggy conditions reducing visibility.

Verona`s airport remained closed during the morning only, during which time incoming flights were diverted to airports in Bergamo and Bologna. The airport in Trieste however remains closed with visibility at no more than 100-150 metres.
