Airbus celebrate fifth victory in a row.

Byline: By Wales on Sunday

Airbus uk are enjoying the best-ever start in the top flight.

Their 2-0 success against Porthmadog means they are unbeaten in five starts and have not conceded a goal in their last three outings.

The inspiration behind their victory was player-boss Gareth Owen who was head and shoulders above the rest on view.

Paul Hallows twice went close early on for the Planemakers but it was Owen who had the craft and guile to steer his side into a 63rd minute goal.

He exchanged passes with Danny Desormeaux and raced half the length of the pitch to fire past Joe Sagar.

Then from the restart at the opposite end Richard Smart had what looked like a perfectly good goal disallowed for an infringement.

The points were made safe late in the game when Dave Hughes set James McIntosh free and he scored from close range.
