AirTran launches fare sale to all destinations.

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2005 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings Inc (NYSE: AAI), has launched a sale for travel to all of its destinations.

According to the carrier, fares start at USD44 each way and travellers may purchase these sale fares at http://www.airtran.com or via AirTran Airways' reservations system.

The sale fares are reportedly available for purchase 4-18 October 2005 and are good for travel through to 1 February 2006, though not for travel on Sundays. Tickets included in the sale are available for one-way travel and do not require a roundtrip purchase or a Saturday night stay.
