AirTran Airways launches 72-hour sale.


AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings Inc (NYSE: AAI), has launched a sale for flights to all of the airline's Florida destinations.

The carrier said fares will be starting from USD59 each way. The sale fares are available for 72 hours, beginning today (22 August), to and from AirTran Airways' nine Florida destinations: Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, Pensacola/Gulf Coast, Sarasota/Bradenton, Tampa and West Palm Beach.

These special fares are available for purchase through 24 August 2006 and are good for travel through 19 October 2006.
