Air Greenland in talks to acquire Air Alpha Greenland.
Greenland's national airline Air Greenland confirmed on Wednesday (28 June) that it is in talks to acquire the Greenland-based helicopter operator Air Alpha Greenland from the Danish group Air Alpha A/S.
The deal under negotiation includes a hangar in Ilulissat in Greenland, three Bell 222 helicopters and one AS350 helicopter.
"These negotiations have now reached a conclusive phase and a final decision regarding the purchase is expected shortly," Air Greenland said in a brief statement.
