Air China set to host IATA 2012 annual conference.

Air China on Thursday announced that it will host and chair the 68th Annual Conference of International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the World Civil Aviation Summit which are being held in Beijing in 2012.

The conference and summit are intended to bring together executives and decision makers of the the world's airlines, airports, aircraft manufacturers and service suppliers.

IATA has 230 member carrier and holds an annual conference in a different city each year to release industry economic data, produce industry projections and deliberate on industry decisions.
