AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2015 M2 COMMUNICATIONS

Air China said it will start Beijing-Montreal nonstop service from September 29, 2015, the world's first transpacific nonstop service between Asia and Montreal.

The forthcoming Beijing-Montreal service is part of Air China's move to solidify its presence on the China-Canada market, meeting the ever increasing demand for air travel between the two countries. Currently, Air China offers 10 flights per week between China and Canada.

Air China is China's only national flag carrier and a member carrier of the world's largest airline network - Star Alliance.
