The Garibaldi Group has been appointed as the exclusive subleasing agent for office space at 101 Hudson St. in Jersey City, N.J. The building contains 19,654 SF of available space. F. John Fatigati and Joseph J. Garibaldi will handle this assignment on behalf of the Garibaldi Group.

NAI James E. Hanson, Inc. has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 290 Veterans Boulevard, a 50,000 SF office building in Rutherford, N.J. Thomas W. Ryan and Lee N. Eagles will handle this assignment on behalf of NAI James E. Hanson.

The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the following properties:

* Friendship Plaza, a 226,400 SF retail center in Howell, N.J.;

* Fairbrook Town Center, a 162,400 SF shopping center in Sayreville, N.J.;

* Middlebrook Shopping Center, a 228,000 SF shopping center in Ocean, N.J.;

* Mansfield Village Square, a 205,000 SF retail center in Mansfield, N.J.

Harvey Schultz, principal, Kathey Hawley, director, and Steven K. Winters, director, will handle these assignments on behalf of the Schultz Organization.

Sheldon Gross Realty Inc. has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for 200 Liberty St., a 42,600 SF industrial facility in Metuchen, N.J. Jonathan Glick and Robert Bowman will handle this assignment on behalf of Sheldon Gross.

Greiner-Maltz has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for 11-17 43rd Ave in Queens, N.Y. Jack Isenberg and Dick Maltz will handle this assignment on behalf of Greiner-Maltz.
