Against corruption.

Transparency International, TILAC, is a regional network of groups working for transparency and against corruption. TILAC's website at http://www.transparency.org/tilac offers information about the network's activities, studies and surveys, the Spanishlanguage "Caja de Herramientas para el Control Ciudadano de la Corrupcion" (Tools for Citizen's Control of Corruption), and much more. While most of the information on this site is in Spanish, there are special sections in Portuguese and English.
