Aesop's classic fables get musical treatment.

THE fables of Aesop are brought to life for youngsters tonight and next week.

The Theatr na n'Og production has Phylip Harries - loved for his Mold panto dame roles - along with Carys Gwilym (both prictured) and Dion Davies as a mouse, lion and a tortoise.

The musical journey through Aesop's tales include The Boy Who Cried Wolf, The Tortoise And The Hare, The Dog And Its Reflection, The Fox And The Crow plus The Bear And The Travellers.

The shows directed by Geinor Styles, and adapted by Keiron Self include original music by Jak Poore.
