Advisory firm changes name to Friedman, Turbidy & Company, Inc.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 22, 1996--Alan Friedman, a principal of Bultman, Friedman & Company, Inc. announced that the name of the company is being changed to Friedman, Turbidy & Company, Inc., effective immediately.

Organized in 1990, Friedman, Turbidy & Company, Inc. provides general management, strategic, and financial advisory services to public and privately held companies in a wide variety of industries. John Turbidy, a prominent corporate executive and management consultant, is joining Friedman as a principal after a two year association with the firm.

Turbidy is well known in the business and investment communities for his extensive experience with mid-sized companies in crisis management, corporate strategy, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has a diversified background as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and as an investment banker with James D. Wolfensohn & Company. He has held senior executive positions with ITT-Europe, Celanese, and IU International.
