Advertising agency moves to 40,000 sf at 666 Fifth.

Dentsu Corporation of America, a subsidiary of the world's largest advertising agency, has signed a 15-year lease for its U.S. headquarters on the on the ninth floor at 666 Fifth Avenue. The 40,000-square-foot lease is valued at approximately $19-million.

Elizabeth Tracy, Tina Schwartz and Andrew Schwartz, all vice presidents of Wm. A. White/Grubb & Ellis, exclusively represented both Dentsu and 666 Fifth Avenue in the transaction. Dentsu had previously occupied space for the past 15 years at the Grace Building on 1114 Avenue of the Americas.

Dentsu, a Tokyo-headquartered ad agency with $14.5-billion in sales, will now occupy a famous address that has been home to international corporations and businesses for more than 20 years.
