Advance move on Sixth.

Advanced Publications, which subleased 120,000 s/f of space at 1166 Avenue of the Americas from JP Morgan Chase in October 2005, has signed a lease to expand in the building by another 80,000 s/f.

This time the lease will be a direct deal with the landlord, insurance and consulting firm Marsh & McLennan who owns roughly two thirds of 1166 Avenue of the Americas and who had 200,000 s/f of available space.

CB Richard Ellis repped Advanced. Cushman & Wakefield's Andrew Sacks and Timmy Gibson handled the deal for the landlord.

* In the market for 200,000 s/f, sports network ESPN is "trading paper" with the Durst Organization to take space at One Bryant Park a source revealed. CB Richard Ellis is repping ESPN.

* Law firm Seyfarth & Shaw is said to have just leased over 70,000 s/f at 1540 Broadway.

* Sources say that one of the few vacant blocks left at 90 Park Avenue, a 40,000 s/f floor, has just been leased by the firm, Matrix.
