Advance honors A-team.

Andrew B. Zezas, SIOR, president & CEO of Real Estate Strategies Corporation, announced that he and vice president Matthew Kirby, were honored by Advance Realty Group.

The two were the first to be inducted into Advance Realty Group's A-Team Hall of Fame. Advance Realty Group honored both men last year as the first recipients of the A-Team Broker of the Year Award for their work with Advance in completing a long-term headquarters lease transaction for Odyssey Pharmaceuticals in 2004 at Advance's 200 Park Avenue, in Florham Park, NJ. Messrs Zezas and Kirby represented Odyssey Pharamceuticals in the transaction.

This year's A-Team Awards ceremony honored commercial real estate brokers, mortgage bankers, attorneys, architects, and other professionals who provided service to Advance Realty Group during 2005 and / or represented other companies in doing business with the real estate developer.

"Advance Realty Group is very kind to have acknowledged us again for this transaction, and for inducting us into their Hall of Fame," said Zezas.
