Advance Properties completes leases.

Advance Properties completed three lease transactions in three of their properties within Northern+ New Jersey, announced Peter Cocoziello, president of Advance Properties.

In the first transaction, L.E. Johnsen and Co. signed a long- terrn lease for 5,760 square feet of space in the 37 Woodland Road building in Roseland. Joining Preferred Dental Labs and The Body Shop in Business Quarters at Roseland, L.E. Johnsen and Co. will be using the area for warehouse and office space.

In the second transaction, Pinto & Company, Inc. leased 17 Hanover Road in Florham Park. Signing a short term lease, the company is planning to use the 1,086 square foot area in the single story building as general office space.

In the final transaction, REC Investors, Inc. signed a four-year lease for 1,870 square feet in Advance Properties' 266 Main Street building in Gladstone, New Jersey. The company plans to use the area in the two story office building for office space.
