Advance Group breaks ground in Bridgewater.
Advance at Bridgewater III is an 80,068 square-foot, three-story Class A office building which is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2000. The entire building is available for lease.
Advance at Bridgewater is a 310,000 square-foot office park which is located on the eastbound side of Route 22 at the convergence of I-287, I-78 and Routes 202/206. The park is home to United National Bank's corporate headquarters, as well as DSET, Lucent Technologies and Ariba, Inc., which occupy the entire Advance at Bridgewater II facility. Advance at Bridgewater is a high-tech office park with striking architecture, ample parking and offers tremendous convenience.

Advance at Bridgewater is being developed by The Advance Group in conjunction with their joint venture partner, Glenborough Realty Trust.
