Administrator's decisions.

Under Section 1878(f) of the Social Security Act, as amended, a Provider Reimbursement Review Board (PRRB) decision is final unless the Secretary of Health and Human Services, on his own motion, and within 60 days after the provider is notified of the Board's decision, reverses, affirms, or modifies the Board's decision. The review function has been delegated to the Administrator/Deputy Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The two indexes are lists of the Administrator's decisions rendered on review of PRRB decision, and PRRB decisions the Administrator elected not to review. These indexes are in numeric order by PRRB decision number. They also state the name of the provider, issues involved, and date of the Administrator's decision.
