Adidas runs to Hudson Sq.
"Hudson Square has become a center for 'creative collar' businesses, entrepreneurs and media and, increasingly, a destination for major international brands drawn by the energy and unique character as well as the quality of the space," said Jason D. Pizer, president of Trinity Real Estate. "Adidas is a premier retail brand and a wonderful addition to our neighborhood."
Originally completed in 1931, 435 Hudson Street is one block from the entrance to the # 1 subway line and offers 24/7 tenant access, onsite management and state-of-the-art security. The nine-story, 290,000 s/f building is home to L'Oreal USA, New York Review of Books, Deluxe, @Radical Media and Freemantle Media. The average rent is $70 psf.
Trinity Real Estate was represented by Marc Packman and Peter Fontanetta while Adidas was represented by John Moxley of Jones Lang LaSalle.
