Adhesives Research selects Taiwanese distributor.
Adhesives Research, Inc. (Glen Rock, PA, www.adhesivesresearch.com), a manufacturer of custom pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) technology, has signed an agreement with Union Chemical Ind. (Kyonggi, Korea, www.union86.co.kr/eng/) to serve as sales agent/distributor in Taiwan for the company's industrial and electronics PSA products.Union Chemical specializes in the sales and marketing of specialty chemicals and industrial materials within the cosmetics, rubber, electronics, paints, plastics, packaging, automotive, printing and battery industries. Union Chemical sells and markets Adhesives Research's custom and standard line of products to the Taiwanese markets for touch screens, Wireless communications and general electronics and industrial products. Currently representing companies from more than 25 countries, Union Chemical has six locations in Taiwan and three affiliate companies and is expanding business into China.
Adhesives Research also recently signed Prisma Biotech Corp. (Taiwan, www.biodot.com) to serve as sales agent and distributor in Taiwan for the company's ARcare and ARflow medical products.
