Adherent offers a wide range of services to assist the nonwovens industry in material selection, product and process development and prototyping. Adherent Laboratories is equipped to assist its clients in all aspects of product development and quality assurance beginning with raw material and substrate selection through process definition, prototyping and limited commercial development production.

To provide the most complete service to clients, Adherent has assembled a staff of experienced technical personnel with average experience of more than 30 years in hotmelt, epoxy, urethane and water-base adhesive and coatings technology. Adherent has also developed an applications laboratory that includes a May Coating Technologies CLS-300 slot-die coater/laminator. The coater can be easily reconfigured to allow for individualized web handling, making it a versatile process development tool.
