Addicted to porn.

I have been looking at sexual videos and porn on the Internet. It has really become addicting. I'm not that kind of person, and telling someone isn't an option. How can I stop?

Dear Addicted to Porn,

Oh, for the good old days when pore wasn't a mouse click away! I'm sorry that our world is so full of upsetting images and toxic messages. Instead of feeling like a bad person, though, try to accept your curiosity and log off. Keep your door open. Do your homework in a library or in the kitchen. No one should tell a girl not to have sexual thoughts--it's perfectly normal-but degrading videos do not reflect healthy relationships.
