* A seven-year, 3,200 s/f lease at 11 Broadway for The Women's Center. Joseph Friedman of Adams & Co. represented the tenant, and Mendy Braun of Braun Management represented the landlord. Asking rents were $30 psf.

* A six-year, 7,000 s/f lease extension at 148 W. 37th St. for Corporate Coffee Systems. James Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the landlord in the transaction, and Murray Hill Properties represented the tenant. Asking rents were $28 psf.

* A four-year, 970 s/f lease at 110 W. 40th St. for Picchi Mills, Ltd.. David Levy and Michael Greenberg represented the tenant and landlord in the transaction. Asking rents were $42 psf.

* A five-year, 1,833 s/f lease at 110 W. 40th St. for Fifi Oscard Agency Inc.. David Levy and Michael Greenberg represented the tenant and landlord in the transaction.

Asking rents were $40 psf.
