AdForce, LLC, a leading independent online provider of ad management and delivery services and a majority-owned operating company of CMGI, Inc., today announced an alliance to deliver targeted advertising messages to National Electronic Technologies' Global VideoNET(TM) public Internet access terminals.

National Electronic Technologies (NET; CDN symbol: NATV.U) is the leading manufacturer and software developer of the world-class public Internet access kiosk products known as Global VideoNET(TM). Global VideoNET(TM) is a pay-per-use public Internet access terminal which enables consumers to access the Internet, send and receive Email and Video Email, conduct e-commerce and play touch screen games for a nominal per minute fee. The new service, which is part of the AdForce EveryWhere program, provides web publishers, advertisers and ad networks with innovative marketing options for delivering advertising and promotional content over Global VideoNET(TM) terminals worldwide. Together, AdForce and NET's Global VideoNET(TM) terminal solution will allow advertisers to target ads to users based on location and interest.

"AdForce has taken the concept of digital marketing and made it a reality by building out its advertising infrastructure and extending its services beyond the PC-based Internet, to the latest technology devices such as Global VideoNET(TM)," said Dee Cravens, Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at AdForce. "While others are in the discussion stages of their digital media strategies, we have moved squarely to a leadership position with technology development and global relationships to address the advertising and promotional needs of each component of digital media distribution."

"I consider the NET and AdForce alliance to have the largest potential globally within the entire kiosk industry," said Al Chiasson, NET's Chairman/CEO. "Our valued customers are looking for the advantage of deriving ancillary revenues from Global VideoNET(TM), and with AdForce and its partners we will soon drive this digital signal for advertising sales and introduce many new relationships which will be of great value to our Global VideoNET(TM) customers."

"This exciting relationship between AdForce and NET is what our customers and alliances have been looking for. We expect it will soon generate significant advertising and e-commerce revenues from Global VideoNET(TM) terminals situated around the globe," said Brad MacPherson, NET's President and Founder. "Our ability to continually develop world class relationships with companies like AdForce is what makes NET the world leader in public Internet access solutions."
