Actor is jailed for attack.

A THUG who played a villain in a hit Hollywood movie was yesterday jailed for inflicting "grave" injuries on a man who dared testify against him.

Russell Levy, 47, who played a CIA assassin in The Bourne Identity, was locked up for 18 months for punching Mark Rushbury, 49, and shattering his ankle.

Mr Rushbury gave evidence against Levy over the east London actor breaching an ASBO banning him from Broadway Market in Hackney.

At Snaresbrook Crown Court Levy, of Hackney, London, was convicted of GBH and admitted breaching an antisocial behaviour order..
